Timeframe for Refund Requests:
Customers may request a refund within 2 days of receiving their order, subject to acceptance by Blinkle.
Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. You will need to provide comprehensive photographic evidence that shows the product is damaged.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our secure website. Alternatively, store credit can be transferred to the customer’s bank account. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after we confirm receipt of the returned product.
Exchanges:
For damaged or broken products, we offer exchanges for the same item (subject to availability) or store credit as an alternative solution.
Prepaid Orders:
Prepaid orders cannot be canceled once placed, except in cases of product damage as described above.
COD Orders:
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be refunded only if the damaged product is returned. The refund process for COD orders follows the same procedure as for prepaid orders.
Exclusions:
Please note that our refund policy covers only products damaged during shipping or arriving in a defective condition. It does not apply to general dissatisfaction or changes of mind about product choices.
